South Indian Chef

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and production, with the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality.
Main responsibilities include:
- Main job role is to cook and cater for small/medium/large gatherings both indoor and outdoor
- You will be working as a regular chef from time to time as per rota to complement existing chef during their absence.
- Maintain highest health and food safety standards as per training provided at all times.
- Food storage has to according to strict guidelines set and operated by management.
- Visit to customer premises (home/banquet hall) as required to perform above duties.
Requirements for the role:
- Must have been working in a professional capacity in a reputable catering/events management company for 5+ years.
- English proficiency -Either as a degree or English language test like IELTS.
- Must have personal references from previous employer regarding work ethic and food quality.
- Must be prepared to offer a food trial at short notice. (Kitchen premises will be provided)
- Proven track record of having cooked for atleast a party size of 500 people in one shift.
